AI agents that run on your own systems

We build agents that answer your leads and customers, take data entry and reporting off your team, and keep what your experts know. Each one runs in your own cloud account or on your own servers, and records every step it takes.

We'll map your operation and show you which agent would pay off first.

  • Fixed quote before any work starts
  • First agent live in three weeks, or we keep working for free

Where agents pay off first

Most first agents land in one of these three areas. If your problem sits elsewhere, bring it to the scoping call. We'll tell you plainly whether an agent is the right fix.

Leads and customers

Every lead and customer gets an answer right away, at any hour.

Agents answer questions, qualify leads, book appointments and make the first sales call, then write the outcome into your CRM. You decide which conversations stay human, and a person on your team takes over when a customer asks for one.

  • Lead qualificationReply to every new lead, ask the right questions, and write a score and summary into your CRM.
  • SchedulingBook, confirm, reschedule and remind, straight into your calendar or booking system.
  • Customer questionsAnswer from your own programs, policies and prices, and hand off to staff when a case needs it.
  • Phone callsCall new leads, answer their questions and book them with your team. You can swap the voice or the AI model later without rebuilding.

Meetings and training

Your team walks into every call with the facts already checked.

An agent joins the meeting or session with your documents loaded. It looks things up, checks claims against the source and flags what doesn't match, while a person runs the conversation.

  • Meeting supportJoin a call with the relevant files loaded, check figures and search the web as the meeting runs.
  • Tutors and coachesGuide a learner or an employee through a task in real time.

Data and know-how

Your systems stay in sync, and what your experts know stays with the business.

Agents pull know-how out of the calls, email and messages your people already send. They also keep records matching across systems and build the reports someone now puts together by hand.

  • Knowledge captureTurn an expert's calls, email and messages into a knowledge base your team can search, with the source attached to every answer.
  • ReportsPull numbers from your systems and produce the reports your managers need, with the source data attached.
  • Systems in syncKeep your CRM, ERP and spreadsheets in agreement, so no one re-enters the same record twice.

Your data, your rules

If privacy or compliance has blocked AI at your company, start here.

Tell us what the agent may see and do, where it runs and which steps need a person's approval. We build those limits into the system itself, so they apply on every run. Any agent above can be built this way.

Every WhatsApp lead answered and scored

4Geeks Academy, a coding bootcamp, gets about 30–50 WhatsApp contacts a day. An agent replies to each one, qualifies the lead and writes a tag, score and summary into ActiveCampaign, so advisors can see which leads are ready to talk.

At go-live we handed over the source code and walked their team through it. The following week, 4Geeks shipped a second agent on the same foundation themselves.

  • 30–50 WhatsApp contacts a day at 4Geeks
  • 2 Full-time staff moved to higher-value work
  • 1 week Until 4Geeks shipped its own second agent

From first call to a running agent

  1. 01.

Scoping call: we pick the agent that pays off first.

    • 30 minutes on how the work runs today.
    • You leave with a defined scope and a fixed quote before any work starts.
  2. 02.

Build: your first agent running within three weeks.

    • If it isn't finished in three weeks, we keep working for free until it runs to your satisfaction.
    • We test it on your real cases before it goes live. It follows the same steps every time and records each one.
  3. 03.

Next steps: we keep building, or your team takes over.

    • We maintain your agent.
    • When you want to solve the next problem, we build the next agent for you, or we hand over the source code and train your team to build them.
    • It's your code in your repository, so there's no lock-in.
  • Ownership You own the code and the data.
  • Speed First agent live in three weeks, or we keep working for free.
  • Control The steps you choose wait for a person's approval.
  • Terms No endless retainer. Keep us on, or take it in-house.

Questions we get asked

General questions first, then by industry.

Your data and control

  • Can we use AI without our data leaving our servers?

Yes. We deploy agents in your own cloud account (AWS, Azure, GCP) or on your own servers, so data stays where you decide. You also choose the model provider, including open-source models running inside your environment, so nothing goes to a third-party API unless you allow it. If you need hardware for your own servers, we work with a hardware partner.

  • Will the AI agent do the task the same way every time?

Yes. Each agent follows a fixed set of steps in the same order, under the same rules, every time. The AI is used only where judgment is needed, such as reading a message or summarizing a call. Before release, each agent is tested against saved cases, and a release is stopped if quality drops.

  • How do you stop an AI agent from exposing sensitive data?

Each agent reaches only the systems and fields it needs, and your rules are built into the workflow. Examples:

    • masking ID numbers or financial details before they reach a model
    • blocking certain data from leaving a system
    • holding an action until a person approves it

Every step the agent takes is recorded, so you can see what it touched and when.

  • Can we see a record of everything the AI agent did?

Yes. Every run produces a timeline of each step, with the input it received, the output it produced and its timing. When the agent runs in your own cloud account, that record stays there too, so your compliance team or auditors can review it directly.

  • Can the agent write directly into our existing systems?

Yes. The agent reads from and writes to your systems of record, such as your CRM, practice management software, POS or ERP, so no one re-enters a message by hand. Stackbone comes with hundreds of connectors, and we build custom integrations where none exists. At 4Geeks Academy, the agent writes a tag, score and summary for every lead into ActiveCampaign.

Working with us

  • We have our own tech team. Why work with you?

We build the first agent with your team, then hand over the source code and walk them through it. At 4Geeks Academy, their team shipped a second agent on the same foundation the week after go-live. From there, your team keeps building, with us or on its own.

  • Why not use the AI our software vendor already sells?

Use it where it covers the job. A vendor's built-in AI works with that vendor's data. Our agents work across all of your systems, so one workflow can read your CRM, write to your scheduling tool and report from both. You also choose the AI provider, and the code is yours.

  • Can we export our agents if we stop working with you?

Yes. Your agents are code in a repository you own, and we hand over the source code with a walkthrough of how it works. If you stop working with us, the code stays with you.

  • How much does a custom AI agent cost?

Most single-agent builds cost between $5,000 and $20,000. The price depends on how many systems the agent connects to and how much judgment the task needs. Running costs start at $200 a month and depend on how much work the agent does, mainly AI usage per conversation or document. We estimate them before you sign. We scope the first agent on a free call and give a fixed quote before any work starts.

  • Do you just build the agent, or do you train our team?

Both. We build the first agent with you and keep it running. After that, you choose: we build the next ones, or we train your team to build them on the same platform.

  • Is Stackbone a wrapper on n8n or Zapier?

No. Stackbone is its own platform: a TypeScript SDK and CLI for building agents and workflows, and a managed runtime that runs them. Each step runs once, saves its result and retries on failure. A run survives crashes and redeploys, and can wait days for an approval. Technical details are at docs.stackbone.ai.
